Please note the customer Login button at the upper right of the screen, or you can bookmark https://www.carvant.com/Portal/Dependable.aspx. Your login will be your Dependable account number and the last four digits of your social security number. Once logged in you can make payments online as well as:
- Obtain an ACH form to sign up for direct debit (or click HERE to download one now)
- Review account information
- Update your contact information
- Obtain a payoff or payment history
- Upload documents and send us an email
In addition to making your payments online or through direct debit, you can also pay by phone using our automated system by calling (516) 750-4490 and selecting Option 5. If you chose to mail in your payment, please make your check or money order payable to Carvant Financial LLC, and mail it to Carvant Financial LLC, 6851 Jericho Turnpike, Suite 245, Syosset, NY 11791.
Please call us at (516) 750-4490 if you would like to pay by phone. Please note that you will be charged a $6.00 convenience fee if you make a payment by phone. Please note that monthly statements are available via email.
